HEAD OF CREATIVE SERVICES – LUXURY MENSWEAR BRAND
Our client -an established mens heritage formalwear brand known for exquisite tailoring and rich in Savile Row tradition was under new leadership and with a new creative director at the helm the brand was evolving and further extending their product categories.
The client approached Mode Search to support with their search for a new Head of Creative Services to lead their thriving Marketing & Creative team. Working closely with the Creative Studio and Marketing teams, the role would be responsible for driving and manage the end-to-end production and execution of all brand visual output across content, design and more. The ideal profile would be an individual already familiar with the brands existing clientele alongside a vision on how to support their ambitious global expansion plan across all channels. This business critical role required an individual with a clear knowledge of how to grow and develop an existing brand with sensitivity to the brands heritage. The ideal profile would have had significant global exposure to best practice development within major brands.
Our team spent time in the Head Office with both the Creative Director and CMO to understand the intricacies and expectations of the role from senior stakeholders. We agreed a critical path and a recruitment process that was reflective of the brands personality. Our Senior Partner and Head of Research carefully created a targeted shortlist of suitable profiles accessed accordingly. The role was placed with a candidate that Mode Search had a long standing relationship with.
